When Visit Approvals are enabled
When visit approvals are enabled for a location, hosts see a notification at the bottom of the new visit form indicating that the visit will be reviewed. If the visitor's email address is provided on the form, an invitation is sent when the visit is approved.

A similar notification is displayed when using the Outlook Add-in.
Approvers
Authorized approvers can review visits from the Pending Approvals dashboard. Requests can also be approved or denied directly from the email notification sent to Approvers when the visit is created.
