As Eptura Visitor relies on the card holder group within Genetec, changing the ability for the created card holder group to manage visitors will result in Eptura Visitor not being able to correctly add your visitors into Genetec.

Profiles created in Genetec will be of the Visitor, rather than Cardholder, type.
