Visitor Types, such as guest, contractor, employee, and customer, will be available to set for your visitors when creating group visits and visits via the Outlook add-in.

Update: Global Admin Dashboard enhancements

The Audit log will store more information about changes made via the Global Admin Dashboard
We're adding location grouping, so changes can be made to a specific group of locations.
We're adding the ability to duplicate the check-in and remote registration templates.

Product: Eptura Visitor

Update: Galaxy ACS: Custom access support

Status: 🚀Released 2025 December Eptura Visitor Product Release

Custom access levels can now be applied for different visitor types. For example, a custom field in Eptura Visitor might have the option to specify if the visitor is a Contractor, Visitor, or VIP. Creating a custom access level allows this field to be mapped to the associated visit status in Galaxy.

Update: Facial Recognition Check-in

Facial Recognition Check-in enables a touchless check-in at the kiosk for visitors who have authorized their photograph to be used for identification.
