About the Eptura Visitor Outlook add-in

Install the Eptura Vistor Outlook add-in to enable users to create visits directly from Microsoft Outlook.

Benefits include:

  • Select different Eptura Visitor locations directly from Microsoft Outlook.
  • Keep reception informed by adding a comment about a visit. 
  • Complete any custom fields.
  • The add-in minimizes errors by detecting missing information.

The Eptura Visitor Outlook add-In allows users to create visits from Microsoft Outlook without launching Eptura Visitor on the web, and is launched via the Eptura Visitor icon on the Outlook Calendar Event ribbon. 

Prerequisites
  • Supported Versions: Check the supported Microsoft Outlook versions in System Requirements.
  • Eptura Visitor User Profile: The user sending the meeting request must have a user profile in Eptura Visitor. Make sure the user's email address exists in at least one Eptura Visitor location.
  • Subscription Add-on: An active subscription. Learn more - integrations and apps: Calendar

Centralized Deployment


To deploy the Eptura Visitor Outlook add-in centrally for your organization, follow the steps in the Microsoft guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mi...o365-worldwide.

For Single Sign-on (SSO), use: https://outlook.proxyclick.com/manifest?companyId=[CO-XXXX] where [CO-XXXX] is your Company ID. Your Company ID is found in the SSO URL, e.g. https://saml.proxyclick.com/init/[CO-XXXX]).
