Galaxy ACS: Support for custom access levels

Custom access levels can now be applied for different visitor types. For example, a custom field in Eptura Visitor might have the option to specify if the visitor is a Contractor, Visitor, or VIP. Creating a custom access level allows this field to be mapped to the associated visit status in Galaxy.

Nedap ACS: Install to any drive

To provide greater flexibility and security, we've added the ability to install the Proxyclick Nedap Access Client program to any drive. Previously, it could only be installed to the local C: drive.

SMS notifications: 'No Reply' notice

To discourage users replying to the generic check-in text notifications sent via SMS, the messages now begin with 'No Reply:' (i.e. 'No Reply: <message>'.
