Microsoft Places is Microsoft's AI-powered workplace app. By establishing Eptura as a trusted system of record for locations and floor plans to power Microsoft Places, joint Microsoft-Eptura customers establish a single source of truth for managing locations and floor plans. 

Eptura for Microsoft Places provides a seamless automated synchronization of location data and floor plans between Eptura and Microsoft via the new Microsoft Places Graph API.

Envision Assistant - PREVIEW

Eptura Envision is previewing a new AI-powered data agent that gives you a direct, conversational interface with your workplace data - no dashboards to navigate, no reports to run. Powered by Microsoft Copilot, the agent lets you ask business questions in plain English and get clear, accurate answers in seconds. Whether you're tracking space utilization, maintenance performance, or visitor trends, the Eptura Data Agent surfaces the insights that matter, right when you need them.

Eptura Assistant - PREVIEW

The Eptura Assistant is a conversational AI assistant, powered by Microsoft Copilot, that allows employees to manage workplace tasks using natural language. This intelligent assistant uses an orchestrator agent built on Model Context Protocol (MCP) server architecture to provide a unified interface across the Eptura ecosystem. Conversation management, chat history, and authentication are centralized in one agent - no need to start a new agent or a new conversation when you want to complete a task with a different Eptura product. The assistant automatically routes each request to the correct product agent.

The Eptura Assistant is available to customers who have subscribed to Eptura platform services and use one or more of the following products:

• Eptura Engage - supports booking and managing personal spaces and meeting rooms, and recommending the best day to visit the office. 
• Eptura Asset - supports searching for assets and retrieving asset details, hierarchy, types, statuses, and manufacturers. The Preview version is read-only.
• Eptura Visitor - supports creating, updating, listing, and canceling visitors and visits, and listing locations and visitor types.

The assistant is accessible via Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot (standard Microsoft 365 license - Microsoft Copilot license is not required).
