Navigate to the Directory
Level: Administrator
The Directory is populated from user provisioning and you can add a person manually.
Access Directory
From the Home screen, click Directory and the Directory screen displays. This consists of the following:
- People Tab
- Group Tab
People Tab
This tab contains all the people in the directory.
- (A) People Statistics - Displays across the top of the grid. Some statistics will let you filter the grid.
- (B) Search
- (C) Filter - Some column headings will let you filter the grid.
- (D) Add person button/drop-down - Learn how to add a person or import people data.
- (E) Edit person - Learn how to edit a person.
- (F) Delete person - Learn how to delete a person.
People Statistics
The people statistics consists of:
- Everybody - The total number of people in the directory.
- Users - People with active assigned role and this displays the number of Admin and Other users. Click the users number to filter the grid.
- New people - People added over the last 14 days. Click the new people number to filter the grid.
- Unassigned people - People without assigned HR location. Click the unassigned people number to filter the grid.
Search the People Directory
- In the Search directory field, enter the name of the person, the person's email address, or the HR Location.

Filter by statistics
- Click the statistics filter number to filter the list.
Filter by Column Heading
The following column headings contain a filter: Job title, Work mode, Type, and App access.
- Hover over the column header.
- Click the Filter
icon.
- Either click the Select all check box or click the item check boxes you want to filter on.
- Click the Apply button and the list is filtered.
Directory Columns
The columns consist of the following:
- Name
- Email address
- HR Location
- Job title
- Last updated
- Work mode
- Type
- App access
Group Tab
Click the Group Tab to display the groups.
- (A) Search
- (B) Filter - The App access column heading has a filter.
- (C) New group button - Learn how to create a group.
- (D) Edit group - Learn how to edit a group.
- (E) Delete a group - Learn how to delete a group.
Search the Group
- In the Search group field, enter the name of the group.
Filter the Group List
The following columns contain a filter: App access.
- Hover over the column header.
- Click the Filter
icon.
- Either click the Select all check box or click the item check boxes you want to filter on.
- Click the Apply button and the list is filtered.
