Rooms and Screens Overview
Overview
The Rooms and Screens area is used to set up and manage your physical devices that are connected to your spaces. These spaces are your Boardroom, Conference, Meeting Room, etc, which are set up and managed in the Portfolio Manager.
Access
From the menu, select Device Management > Rooms & screen and rooms display in a list.
- (A) Filter
- (B) Search
- (C) Download
- (D) Activate or Deactivate
- (E) Edit a room
Filter
From the filter you can select first the country, then the location, building, and finally the floor.
Search
In the Search field, enter in the room's name and this will search through the rooms list.
Download Room Data
You can download the entire room list.
- Click the Download Room Data button and the message "We've received your download request. We will send you an email once your file is ready."
- Open the email called "Your Exported Room Data is Available'.
- Click the Download button and the report is downloaded.
- When you open the report, it contains the following fields:
- Name
- RoomStatus
- Mailbox
- Location
- ScreenThemeName
- ScreenThemeAccessLevel
- ScreenSettingsName
- ScreenSettingAccessLevel
- Capacity
- Type
