Purpose
Visitor analytics with detailed breakdowns, comparative charts, and flexible filters for enhanced facility management.
Filters
- Country - Select all the countries or one country.
- Site - Select all the sites or one site.
- Location - Select all the buildings or one building.
- Date Range - Use the date range to select a custom date range, the last 6 months, or the last 12 months.
- Building Lease Expiry - The following can be displayed:
- display all buildings- De-select all the year/months.
- display one year - Select a year, for example 2025, 2026.
- displays one or multiple months - Select a year and all the months are selected. De-select the months you don't want to see.
Click the remove filters
to clear all the filters.
Elements
- Visitor Types - Pie chart displays total visitors by visitor type. For example Contractor Total Visitors 3,227 19.9%
- Visitor Totals - Chart displays the number of visitors by the visitor type. This helps to identify any security or facility management planning.
- Click the filter to change the display to Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
- Visitor by Location - Bar chart displays the highest and lowest work order by location. This lets you see the most visited or the least visited locations.
- Click the filter to change the display to Total, Average, or Per area.
