Sign in to Eptura - Authentication Methods

Before you can sign in to Eptura, your Administrator will need to set up your user account. After this is done, you will either be provided with a username and password to sign in manually, or Eptura will accept your standard network account via a process called Single Sign On (SSO).

Sign in for the first time (SSO)


When your organization has set up the SSO and your account is ready, you will receive an email with the heading "Authentication method changed to SSO". 

  1. Open the Authentication method changed to SSO email.

  1. Click the Sign in button and your default internet browser opens with the Eptura URL.
  2. Follow the instructions below to complete the Sign in using SSO.

Sign in using SSO


Remember when you see the Eptura URL in your browser, we recommend that you save/bookmark the URL.

  1. Open your internet browser.
  2. Navigate to the environment using the URL below:
https://login.epturacloud.com

Then the Eptura Sign In screen displays.

  1. In the Username field, enter your email address.
  2. Click the Sign in button and you will be redirected to the Microsoft SSO sign in screen.

  1. Enter in your email address and then click the Next button.
  2. Enter in your password and then click the Sign in button.

If this is the first time you have signed in, then you will be prompted to change your password and then set up the multi-factor factor authentication using Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device.

You are signed in and the Eptura Home screen displays.

Sign in for the first time with Form Authentication (Manually)


When your account is first created by your Administrator, you will receive a Welcome email that includes instructions and a link. 

  1. Open the Welcome email.

  1. Click the Set your password URL link and the Eptura Sign In screen displays.

    1. In the Email address field, enter your email address.
    2. Click the Set password button and a security code is sent your email address.

    1. When you receive the email, open it and copy the security code.
    2. Enter the security code.
    3. Click the Validate button and the new password screen displays.

    1. In the password fields, enter your new password.
    2. Click the Set Password button and your password will be set.

    Sign in with Form Authentication (Manually)


    When your user account has been set up manually, then you will sign in using your email and password.

    1. Open your internet browser.
    2. Navigate to your environment using the URL below. Remember, we recommend that you save/bookmark the Eptura URL in your browser.
    https://login.epturacloud.com

    Then the Eptura Sign In screen displays.

    1. In the Username field, enter your email address.
    2. Click the Sign in button.

    1. In the Password field, enter your password

    If you have forgotten your password, then click the Forgot password? link and you will can reset the password.

    1. Click the Sign in button and you are signed in and the Eptura Home screen displays.
