Smarter bulk upload templates for uploading Users, User Groups, User Group Members, and Departments now include built-in drop-down menus for fields that only accept specific values (like status, role, or yes/no fields). This makes it faster to fill out templates correctly and helps prevent upload errors caused by invalid or mistyped entries. Drop-down options stay in sync automatically as your organization's configuration changes.

• Import Locations and People Assignments

These imports provide a reliable way to set up and maintain workplace location data at scale. You can bulk import structured location hierarchies such as sites, buildings, floors, and spaces. Then you can associate people to those locations using a spreadsheet format. After the import, you will receive clear statuses and error reports for any records that weren’t successfully imported, so any issues can be corrected. This creates a consistent, dependable foundation for managing workplace locations as portfolios grow and change.
