Purpose

Comprehensive booking analytics with advanced visualizations and flexible filtering for actionable insights.

Filters
  • Me space and We spaces - Select the filter to change the dashboard's data to display Me Space or We Spaces.
  • Country - Select all the countries or one country. 
  • Site - Select all the sites or one site.
  • Location - Select all the buildings or one building.
  • Date Range - Use the date range to select a custom date range, the last 6 months, or the last 12 months.

Elements
  • Me/We Space Booking Types - The pie chart displays the me/we space booking types. For example Space Type Breakout and Total room bookings: 66,926 (34.98%).
  • Me/We Space Bookings - Visualizations monitor weekly, monthly, and yearly bookings and cancellations across Me and We spaces to assess demand and space utilization changes. The weekly chart displays daily usage patterns that can be used for operational planning.
    • Click the bar chart to change the display in the "Average Bookings per Weekday".
  • Average Bookings per Weekday - The bar chart display the average bookings per weekday.
    • Click the chart's weekday bar to filter the other charts.
  • Me/We Space Bookings by Location - The bar chart displays highest and lowest performing locations by both total bookings and bookings per area, enabling quick identification of utilization extremes.

The count of booking ids within the date range, displayed by type as a % of the total.

Average Bookings per Weekday

Count of bookings by id by weekday, divided by the count of that weekday in the date range.

Count of all bookings by id Year/Month/Week. Colored by if said bookings were cancelled or occurred.

Count of bookings in date range by building, then sorted into top and bottom 5 most and least booked.

Count of bookings in the date range by building, divided by the total area of that building, then sorted as percentile with 100% being the most bookings per square foot.
