Desks and Screens Overview

Overview

The Desks and Screens area  is used to set up and manage your physical devices that are connected to your spaces. These spaces are your Offices and Workstations which are set up and managed in the Portfolio Manager.

Access

From the menu, select Device Management > Desks & Screens and the spaces display in a list.

  • (A) Filter
  • (B) Search
  • (C) Download
  • (D) Activate or Deactivate
  • (E) Edit a desk

Filter

From the filter you can select first the country, then the locationbuilding, and finally the floor.

Search

In the Search field, enter in the desk's name and this will search through both the desks list.

Download Desk Data

You can download the entire desk list.

  1. Click the Download Desk Data button and the message "We've received your download request. We will send you an email once your file is ready."
  2. Open the email called "Your Exported Desk Data is Available'.
  3. Click the Download button and the report is downloaded.
  4. When you open the report, it contains the following fields:
  • Name    
  • RoomStatus   
  • Mailbox    
  • Location    
  • ScreenThemeName    
  • ScreenThemeAccessLevel    
  • ScreenSettingsName    
  • ScreenSettingAccessLevel    
  • Capacity    
  • Type
