Purpose
Enterprise overview dashboard consolidates essential KPIs (key performance metrics) into intuitive visualizations, enabling executives and business leaders to quickly assess organizational performance and make informed decisions.
Filters
- Country - Select all the countries or one country.
- Site - Select all the sites or one site.
- Building - Select all the buildings or one building.
- Building lease expiry - The following can be displayed:
- display all buildings- De-select all the year/months.
- display one year - Select a year, for example 2025, 2026.
- displays one or multiple months - Select a year and all the months are selected. De-select the months you don't want to see.
Click the remove filters 
to clear all the filters.
Elements
- Me space types - Displays the space type and the total count (total percentage). For example Space Type Small Office Total count 1,418 (10.29%)
- We space types - Displays the space type and the total count (total percentage). For example Space Type Breakout Total count 196 (34.88%)
- World map visualization - Provides a global view of costs, space distribution by type, area, and expenses across different locations, helping users assess costs, space availability, and expenditures at a glance.
- Click the filter to change the display to Area, Expense, Me spaces, or We spaces.
- Lease expirations - This bar chart helps you to track how costs evolve over time and plan for upcoming lease renewals or expirations.
- Click the filter to change the display to Area, Expenses, Me space, or We spaces; these are linked to lease expiration years.
