Eptura - Platform Settings

Level: Administrator

Your Administrator can use these credentials when configuring SCIM provisioning in your identity provider (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID). The Long Lived Token replaces the previous process of requesting credentials from Eptura by email.

  1. From the Home screen, select your profile icon.
  2. Click the Platform settings. 
  3. From the menu, click SCIM configuration.

Long Lived Token

  1. Click the Generate button to generate the token.
  2. Click the Copy button to copy it and then use this in Configure SCIM provisioning for Microsoft Entra ID and Configure SCIM provisioning for Okta.
