Search 

Our knowledge center contains a traditional search or you can (A) enable the AI search. With the AI Search, you can use natural language to find the knowledge you seek.

As with all AI searches, it is important to remember to always check your (B) source articles for the most reliable and detailed information.

Additionally, we have Signpost articles that provide a pathway to the content, and these are found on the home page.

    • Desktop -  User guide articles on how to use the desktop web app.
    • Hippo Mobile - User guide articles on how to use the mobile and tablet apps.
    • Training & Webinars - Watch previous webinars and training videos.
    • What's New + Integrations - Release notes that detail the recent changes to the product and links into the relevant articles.
  • Evolving from Hippo CMMS to Eptura Asset - In our largest-ever platform upgrade, we’re evolving Hippo into Eptura Asset! Eptura Asset combines CMMS with Enterprise Asset Management capabilities in a user-friendly system to make it easier for you to manage parts inventory, work with third-party vendors, maintain safety and compliance, and maximize your total cost of ownership. Breadcrumb Navigation
