Manage Accounts Page

System Admins can view, control, and contact from this screen

This easy-to-read page allows System Admins to view User and Requester numbers, organized asset information, and assign mobile licenses. Compare Hippo Account types and quickly contact our team for any additions.

Steps

  1. Users with the "Can Manage Account" permission can click on the Manage Accounts panel under Enterprise Admin.
  2. Click on the account type name to take you to our website to learn more.
  3. Click on "Increase My Limit" to contact our sales team to add more Users, Requesters, or Assets to your program. For any sales-related questions hit Contact Sales in the top right corner or click here.
  4. Click on "Assign License" to view and select a new User that should have a Mobile App account to Hippo. Don't forget to hit "Save" when done. They can now download the Hippo CMMS app and log in with the same info as the desktop version.
