Problem - All Browsers Space Floor Plan Not Printing Correctly

 

Note: If you are using Google Chrome and have trouble printing your space plan in landscape orientation, you should review this article. 

 

The solution is found below:

You will need to perform the following steps in order to print your space plan with the settings you want. 

 

  1. From the Space Module, select the building and floor of the space plan you want to print. Click the Open in Space Manager button. Your selected space plan opens.

  1. Once you have opened your space plan, click the Print button at the top of your plan. The Print Preview Screen opens.

  1. Make your print selections and click the Print button at the bottom-center of the screen. The System Print screen opens.

  1. Enter the exact same settings in the System Print screen that you had just entered in the Space Plan Print Preview screen and click the OK button. Your space plan prints using the printer you selected.

 

Note: Due to an issue in Flash, you will need to mirror your selections from the Space Plan Print Preview Screen and the System Print screen exactly. Otherwise, your print settings will not work properly.
