Provisioning users (Okta)

When a user is assigned to the Eptura SCIM app, the user is immediately created in Eptura. Follow the steps below to provision users.

  1. Sign in to Okta with your admin account and open the Okta admin interface.
  2. Click People from the Directory menu on the left. Type the user’s name in the search box and click the user to open the user’s profile.

  3. Click Assign Applications.

  4. Use the search box to find the Eptura SCIM application and click Assign.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Assign Applications page and click Save and Go Back.

  1. Click Done.

You can now go back to the application and check the user is assigned to the Eptura SCIM application. Verify the user has been created successfully in Eptura.
