Desk Booking Insights is now available to Professional and Enterprise Teem customers. This addition to the Teem Insights platform will deliver easy-to-read reports on desk utilization. Admins will be able to view and analyze data from desk reservations made with Teem across their organization. At release, reservation data from about 1 month back is available and will continue to be collected automatically. These insights will enable admins to analyze trends in desk usage and make changes to policies to achieve their desired utilization.
This feature is available to Professional and Enterprise level customers with Desk licenses. Navigate to the Feature Lab to enable it. No action is needed to collect the data once enabled.

Note: Certain options, such as creating a new move or editing a plan, are not available when the Lowest Depth Available toggle switch is active.
