331 Utilization - Org Unit Details

Overview


This report gives details of Org Unit utilization for all buildings and floors within the chosen locations. The Org Unit is based on the person's assigned location in Serraview. That is, if a person is assigned to a Sales desk or flexi team, their utilization will be counted toward Sales, even if their personal cost center or the desks that they used do not roll up to Sales.

Key Data


  • Org Unit Summary tab - Displays utilization statistics of the Org Unit for the whole date range for each building and floor selected. The figures shown include Peak Workpoints, Average Peak Workpoints, Peak People, Average Peak People and Average Peak People.

  • Building Daily Breakdown tab - Displays the utilization of the Org Unit for each building for each day of the date range.

  • Floor Daily Breakdown tab - Displays the utilization of the Org Unit for each floor for each day of the date range.
