117 Roles Actions and Users Report

This report will contain 2 new tabs which let your Admins see which roles and users have access to the buildings. Learn more  in 117 Roles and Actions and Users Report.

Building-Level Role Access tab

This tab shows each security role that has access to each building within the selected parameters. There will be one line for each role. Order by Country, then Region, then Building, then Role.

• Building Name
• Role Name

Building-Level User Access tab

This tab shows each user that has access to each building within the selected Parameters. There will be one line for each user. Order by Country, then Region, then Building, then Full Name.

General Maintenance

• Floor’s Gross Area - This statistic will be changed to show the floor’s gross area instead of the building's gross area.
• Email Templates - Improved error handling to detect the # character.
• We did some maintenance behind the scenes to keep the engine running smoothly.

Serraview’s Global Navigation Enhancement

The global navigation menu now behaves the same way it used to - no more expanding upon hover. Now, the navigation panel will remain collapsed until the hamburger menu is clicked.

Admin Notifications Enhancement

Serraview has added in-app notifications to keep your team informed.

Administrators can now enable these notifications for your account. When enabled, your team will receive updates about the latest product releases, new feature highlights, and handy tips to help them get the most out of Serraview.  These notifications will ensure you’re always up-to-date and can maximize the capabilities of our platform. 

Administrators can enable these notifications by adding the secured action called Admin Notifications and to learn how to add the secured action into a role, see Manage User Roles.

• The location now populates in the Service Request after that information was entered in the new Service Request form.
