Improved Custom Field management for all Lightning

Enhancements

• Added "Other Costs" settings to the general work order settings
  Other Cost Lookups are now available in the Work order settings as well as the Purchase order settings
  
• Added a general custom field management section to Settings
  You can now manage custom fields across the system under the Administration section of Settings
  
• Asset PM slideout now allows multi-assignments for PMs
  First contact assigned is presumed to be primary, but you can select any chosen contact to be primary
  
  You can also perform this same trick from the PMs module list view
  
• Multiple enhancements to Business Intelligence (BI) pipes, including Down indicator added to Asset list, and Work Order list view line items totals now rounded up.
   

Fixes

• Fixed problems causing a system-wide performance issue.  Latency issues have been resolved
• Repaired issue with PM history in the slide-out displaying in the wrong order.  Will now appear in descending order with Active/Open ones first
• Re-Open Purchase Order and Re-Open Work Order applies user defined security settings
• Repaired Inspection maintenance plans, that were temporarily preventing migration from classic inspections to lightning
• Resolved issue causing contact to be removed when Asset was moved from one Entity to another
• Fixed bug causing part activity timeline to load incorrect details
• Fixed unresponsive Suggested PO, occuring when preferred vendor is not associated to entity/warehouse
• Resolve issue preventing Serial Number field and long note field from saving consistently when installing a component
• Classic WO Search optimized to avoid errors while searching
• Customers module in Lightning optimized to avoid errors while loading
• Part Activity timeline now loads activities for selected part in chronological order
• WO list loads all active work orders if the user refreshes the browser while in the details
• Resolved issue causing Request portal displays in Lightning when navigating from Classic
• Custom fields can now be used to search in the WO list
