Completing a Work Order in ManagerPlus Mobile
One of the best features of ManagerPlus Mobile is completing work orders. The following steps will help you complete a work order with your mobile device:
After logging into ManagerPlus Mobile, tap on the "Dashboard" button, followed by the My Work icon in the slide out menu.
Tap on the appropriate Work Order.
Tap on the Select link next to the Completed field. An automated time fill will appear entering in the current date and time.
After the completed information has been imputed, tap on "Save" at the top right of the screen.
Tap on New icon at the top of the screen. A pop-up menu will appear with Completed and New Work Order as options. tap on "Completed".
Once you have tapped on Completed, you will have the opportunity to enter notes. When finished tap "SAVE". After tapping SAVE, you twill be prompted to add your username and password. When finished, you will need to sign that you have completed the Work Order. Tap on the "Save" at the top right of the screen and the Work Order is complete.
