Assign a Primary Worker to the PM

You can update the PM to assign a primary worker.

  1. Navigate to PMs. The PM Management screen displays.
  2. From the list view, click a PM. The PM Progress form displays.
  3. Click the Assigned Contacts expand icon.
  4. Click the Add Contact button. The Contacts dialog displays.
  5. Either search for or browse the list for to find the worker's name.
  6. Check the primary assignment worker's check box. The first assigned worker will be designated as Primary and a badge displays. Any additional worker will be added to the PM but there can only be one primary worker.
  7. Click the Add Selected button.
  8. Click the Save Changes button.
