Before you delete that Building, Floor, or Space
When you are working on your buildings and want to delete a building, floor, or space, we recommend you carefully consider the impacts of the deletion.
Understand the impacts
You need to understand what happens, and any deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

Okay, I understand and am ready to delete
Delete a Building
- Use the All Locations navigation to navigate to the building.
- For the building you want to edit, click the building name.
- Click the Edit Building and the Building Site form displays.
- Click the Delete button and the message displays "Delete this building? When you delete this building, we retain only historical data for reporting and you can’t undo it. Do you want to continue?"
- Click the Delete button.
Delete a Floor
- Use the All Locations navigation to navigate to the building and the floors displays.
- For the floor you want to edit, click the Edit
icon and the Edit Floor form displays. - Click the Delete and the message displays "Delete this floor? When you delete this floor, we retain only historical data for reporting and you can’t undo it. Do you want to continue?"
- Click the Delete button.
Delete a Space
- Use the All Locations navigation to navigate to the floor and the spaces displays.
- For the space you want to edit, click the Edit
icon and the Edit Space form displays. - Click the Delete and the message displays "Delete this space? When you delete this space, we retain only historical data for reporting. Any assignments, bookings or assets associated with the space, will be deleted. Do you want to continue?"
- Click the Delete button.
