See who's in - List view

When using See who's in to find your colleagues, you can now switch to a list view to show your team members full names and their booked space, making it easier to see who's going to be in the office on a particular date. Key worker roles are also shown. Learn more: Key worker roles

Initially, this update is for all-day personal space bookings; the list view for hourly personal space bookings is expected in January 2026

CUMA-8498	iOS \| Floor plan: The information card that pops up on the floor plan when booking a space can now be moved, allowing more of the floor plan to be viewed.
CUMA-9062	Team days: Closed personal space resources no longer display as 'Available' when creating a team day booking.
CUMA-9108	Booking conflicts: Previously, if two users tried to book a space at the same time, an incorrect error message appeared, indicating that the user had already made a booking. Now, the message properly informs the user whose request is processed second: 'Sorry, it looks like this space was just booked. Please book another space.'
CUMA-9077	In-office status: Previously, when updating future in-office statuses, a booking from a past date was unintentionally removed. This has now been fixed so that historical bookings remain intact when making such changes..
CUMA-9103	Android \| Calendar: Resolved a user interface (UI) error for the Samsung Fold and Tab devices, that prevented these devices from displaying more than 3 weeks in the calendar view.
CUMA-8921	Proximity-based check-in: We've improved proximity-based check-in to increase reliability of automated check-in when a mobile device enters the geo-radius for the location.
