When Intelligent booking is enabled and a user's working status changes from 'working remotely' to 'in-office' via the In-office schedule, Eptura Engage automatically attempts to book a personal space using the Intelligent booking technology. If the status change was for a date beyond the advanced booking period, we sent a misleading email advising the user to try searching again in the app. We've updated the message to correctly state that the booking could not be made because the selected date exceeds the advanced booking period.
