View Banquet Event Order reports in a web browser

We've added a 'view' option so that the Banquet Event Order (BEO) report PDF can be opened and viewed in a web browser. Previously, the PDF could only be downloaded. The 'view' option opens the BEO report in a new web browser tab, where it can be viewed, downloaded, or printed.

EN-49775	Group admins and default regions: In certain scenarios, Group admins were unable to change their default region. This has been fixed.
EN-47088	Advanced booking period when rollover spans across year end: We fixed a defect that triggered a 'maximum weeks selectable' error when creating a booking for the following year. We now correctly calculate advanced booking periods that span from one year to the next.
EN-43351	Advanced booking grid: We've increased the width of the date element on the Advanced Booking Grid to prevent the date from overlapping on the screen.
